Cancellation Policy

 

Reservations can be modified provided a reasonable notice is given before the scheduled date.

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled date incurs no charges.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled date will be charged at 50% of the price, and 80% if canceled less than two hours before.

Individuals not present at the scheduled meeting time without prior cancellation will be charged the full price.
