Terms and Conditions

 

Prices in CHF.

Rates are set per vehicle and service, based on the number of hours and/or kilometers. The displayed price is not contractual.

Any additional costs (tolls, tunnels) are the responsibility of the client.

Any commenced hour will be invoiced.

Additional costs will be charged at cost price: night allowance: 30 CHF, driver's meal: 35 CHF, hotel night: 140 CHF (to be discussed depending on the destination).

A 30-minute wait is included in transfer prices. Wait time is calculated from the vehicle reservation time or the aircraft landing time.

Verification of the exact landing time is conducted directly at the Geneva International Airport website or in collaboration with the handling agent for private flights.

For commercial flights, our drivers wait for clients in the arrival hall, holding a sign with the agreed-upon company name or logo.

They escort the client to the vehicle. For private jets, clients are escorted directly by the handling agent to the vehicle.

The passenger is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their fault and for any resulting harm from their actions while using our vehicles.

We and our drivers reserve the right to refuse the transportation of a passenger if they appear to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics that could endanger the driver, the vehicle, or its occupants.

Limouval Transfert Limousine is committed to protecting its clients' privacy. Personal information concerning them remains strictly confidential, and no reference will be made without their consent.

Limouval Transfert Limousine will do its utmost, while respecting the law and road safety regulations, to provide the agreed-upon service. However, the company cannot be held responsible in case of problems arising from circumstances beyond its control (delays due to lost baggage, extreme weather conditions, traffic jams, etc.).
